I have a brand new Arlo Go (w/ Arlo 4G LTE). Out of the box the Arlo Go is giving me an error chime when I try to have it scan the QR code. Since Arlo is the SIM provider for this model it should be pre-activated and have 15 minutes right? What should I do?

Hi infiniteloops,
If you're using Arlo Mobile service as your SIM provider, then yes, it should be pre-activated. Try checking this article to help with installing your Arlo Go camera: How do I set up my Arlo Go camera?

I had to put the sim card in a mobile phone and remove the pin code.
