My arlo Go records for 2 seconds . How do I extend the recording time?

Could you please email regarding extending recording time on Arlo Go. At present it’s only recording for 2 seconds.

Read the FAQ here in the support area for changing the recording time. All such settings are in your modes and rules. 2 seconds is very short, though, so you may have to figure out why. Start with changing the rules but you may also have to change the camera location for a better cell connection.
