I am no longer receiving notifications on motion from the camera. I can see the movement/recording from the app.
I have checked and re checked that notofications are active and this has not been changed since installation.
I have rebooted. Powered off/on with no success....
Any ideas?

Have you tried to remove & re-sync the camera and test again?
