Sim inserted correct: Yes
However it doesn't work, it just searches for ages - then tells me to move to a better connection area.
My area is a 4G area with full bars so this shouldn't be the reason it's not connecting.
Please help!

Something about AT&T in the USA? That's the only current network at this time, AFAIK.

Arlo Go works anywhere in AT&T nationwide coverage and supports 3G and 4G-LTE wireless connections. To see if your area is covered, visit AT&T’s Wireless Coverage map and select Data under the Domestic category.
Note: Arlo Go cannot connect over WiFi and requires an AT&T data plan.
