Arlo Go changed to paid subscription, camera offline

Just changed from initial 20 minutes of use to a paid subscription. Camera is offline and I can't turn it back on. Would also like to change capture time from 1 minute to 15 seconds, but can't access that either. Help!

There may be a short delay before the subscription plan becomes active on your account. You can try rebooting the camera by removing and reinserting the battery.
