I have a seasonal RV home parked in a trailer park. We are restricted from moving 5 feet away while the baby is sleeping (no wifi and traditional baby monitor range not ideal) and are interested in Arlo Go for video monitoring during nap times. The data plans listed really don't seem like they will work for what I need. The baby naps for 2.5 hours/day and we would like to check in or keep the video open on live stream while we are outside. Can the data plans accommodate this? Is there a noise alert feature so that if the baby cried we could use it only then? The data plans make no sense to me.
Can someone comment?

I don't think the GO camera would be a good choice for you...
But what may work since you have celluar coverage is a Hotspot wifi and an Arlo Baby... the Baby has all the bells and whistles and it would hook via wifi into the hotspot ntework.
You be free to roam anywhere using you phone to watch the baby and still have wifi access for other needs
