Purchased two Go units (VML4030) in Feb 2019. Trouble shooting for months: replacing devices, alternating placements, new SIM cards, etc. Despite fine coverage for Verizon mobile phones, these units WILL NOT WORK other than random, brief periods of time. Both units demonstrated same, sporadic behavior of dropping from 3 bars to outages in the same locales with no pattern. I cancelled the service to both, but I am not stuck with $800 in useless hardware.

 

Has anyone come up with a "hack" to repurpose these units for Wi-Fi or ANYTHING other than visual reminders of a product that couldn't perform as promised?
