Two nights in a row I get an alert that my Arlo Go has gone offline, and, reconnected, for about 6 minutes.   

 

Does anyone know how this occurs?   Is it the cell tower dropping the connection with the camera?  Or, is it the camera dropping the connection.

 

It seems suspicious that it happens twice at the same time for the same duration.

 

Can someone hack the Go and take it offline?

same time and duration sounds more like an external issue... as mentioned cell connection/tower.

OK, thanks for the response.    I guess I will leave it at that.

 

Next time I might call Verizon and see if the tower was down at that time.

Mine keeps going offline too lately. Really starting to piss me off. Sometimes it turns back on and sometimes I have to dive and pull the battery. In my arlo settings it says sim status error.

Have you opened a case with support for a possible hardware issue?

Yes, I think I have opened a case with support, although, I need to find the number they gave me.

You should have an email with the support number (AFAIK). Keep responding so the case doesn't close.
