I had received an Arlo Go model VML4030-200NAS with the trial subscription. The camera set up ok, and I was able to access online and had no issues. However, once the trial period plan expired, I got a notification telling me the camera was offline and to remove and reinstall the camera. I was planning to purchase an upgraded mobile plan (through Arlo) which is what this camera sim card was for. Now the Arlo app and website not only do not find my camera, but in the settings mode I can't purchase an upgraded plan for it to reinstall/activate. All I want to do is purchase a moblile plan, but the screen flashes by and skips that option. I have used multiple browers and get the same result.
