Arlo Go Solar Panel not working properly. Tried turning off camera and has sun.

The sun is out. My app shows that my Arlo Go is charging. At the end of the day, there's less charge in the batter than at the beginning of the day.

I'm even turning off the camera so that it doesn't drain the battery. 

We followed instructions and did not mount it in direct sunlight. 

Any suggestions?
