Arlo Go Doesnt Detect with range

I have bought two arlo go two days ago , and on tech specification motion censor works to 23 feet something , i have placed outside my gate and its never sending me any motion detection notification, I have turned on and off, i have put motion sensor detection to 100% and still noting. When i come close only 10 feet or more then only detect signal. i have changed the locations. i have tried all tests so if you writting any suggestion please dont include the one i have already done . Any proper help will be much appreciated
