Arlo Go Charges multiple number of times

Hello:

 

I have Arlo Go, which started to charge multiple numbers of times, when I already have the 225 minutes per month plan

 

I had to reset the camera, which included removing the device and re-adding the device, and every time i did it, it was charging my credit card for subscription, while the camera is the same.

 

Also I wanted to reset Network Setting from Auto to LTE, I don't get that option...can someone please help me

 

BTW, I had to cancel my credit card
