Hi, how could be the life batteries of arlo go with the following case:
1) no motion (inside house)
2) no infrared led
3) batteries optimization
4) temperature about 18 degress
5) maximum mobile signal

Assuming the temp is 18F and not 18C, that's the only issue that I would see that would reduce battery life. Should last at least 3 months if not more. Loss of cell service (not your fault) would be more of an issue as the camera tries to reconnect, possibly to a weak tower further away.
