Yesterday I set-up the camera on battery only (99%) at an open window, the temp has been below freezing. 24=hours later I checked the camera and it showed 66%. The had been off and all led's had been off - but still a huge amount of drainage in just 24-hours.

Cold temps do bad things on battery life but that's abnormal. How is the cell signal? That could be an issue if the camera is having issues maintaining a connection.

Thanks for your reply.
4 out of 5 bars on the cell signal - and this morning the battery was down to 55%.
One of the primary reasons we purchased the camera is the advertised long battery life of up to 30-days. I have seen other postings where people have had to go long distances due to battery drainage.

Use the Contact Support link at the bottom her e- maybe they will have some insight. Also consider plugging into AC power if available or use a solar panel.
