Will AT&T discontinuing 3G cause problems for the AT&T Arlo GO cameras?

Thanks for your response. I don’t know what happened but I was able to get back on after I completely removed the cameras from my account and reinstalled each one individually.

Unless 3G is the only cell service in your area, I don't see how it would affect the cameras. The ability to use LTE would be preferred anyways.

My understanding is that LTE is actually 4G which is technically 3.95G, so will be discontinued by AT&T when 3G is phased out?

AT&T won't discontinue LTE anytime soon - that would force almost all their customers to upgrade their phones.  And if they are forced to do that,  many of those customers will look at other carriers (resulting in AT&T losing business).

3G isn't used much anymore - AT&T is retiring it in order to free up resources for 5G.  Other carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile) are doing the same.

I have 4 arlo go cameras that all stopped working today. I wonder if this is why they stopped.

They are LTE, and AT&T is not discontinuing LTE.

What LED status are you seeing on the cameras?  https://kb.arlo.com/642/What-do-the-different-LED-behaviors-on-my-Arlo-camera-mean
