Arlo GO Live view pausing, three white scrolling dots appear. Goes for about 3-4 secs.

Having trouble for awhile now with Arlo GO live view. I have three cameras and each one pauses consistently when trying to view live. As it pauses, three white dots appear in center and scroll from left to right. I get an average of 3-4 seconds of live view and then 3-4 seconds of the pause / dot scrolling. This continues as long as I put up with trying to live view. (Usually only a minute before I get PO'd and close. I have tried three different browsers (IE, Chrome, FF) all with same issue. Flash is "allowed". 4G signal ranges from 3-4 bars and problem displayed regardless.
Has not always been this way. Any ideas? Issue with Verizon??

It could be a Verizon issue but I would also try a phone with the app to see how much difference that makes. You can also take one camera to a different location to see if that helps which may help you nail it down to the carrier.
