Argo Go Battery dead and cannot charge

anyone has an Arlo Go and battery cannot be charged, led with orange status forever but not charged

Pull the battery, reset the camera... attempt recharge again ( BTW, will charge only with original adapter )

 

If still ng, contact Netgear Support for possible warranty
