ARLO GO scan QR code error chime

I can not go through the whole procedure of connecting the camera with the phone and computer. When scanning generated by the application (phone, computer) qr code, the sound of error is heard and consequently I can not synchronize with the camera. When you try to scan and hear the error sound, an orange LED flashes. I tried different ways. The SIM card does not have a PIN lock. APN valid, SIM card active. I also tried other SIM cards and it is the same.

 

It looks like the generated QR code can be wrong for this camera.

 

In the application, in manual settings it is not possible to choose this exact model.

Hey Roman62,

 

Which SIM card provider are you using from? If your service provider instructed you to edit the VPN, make sure to edit the information and try it again. You can read here to make sure you're setting up your Arlo Go camera properly: How do I set up my Arlo Go camera?
