ARLO GO Firmware Update

Been trying to update my firmware with my Arlo Go which has its own data plan.  When I go to settings to update firmware, the Update button is not there and according to Support that I have talked to it should be.  Do I need to be connected to WIFI for the firmware update even though my camera has its own plan?

How do you know there's an update? If there's no update, there's no update button.
