When buying the camera, I got a free subscription with it. The old camera was replaced with a new camera (of the same model) under warranty because of defects. The problem is that the subscription shows 0/1 devices under it and doesn't apply to the warranty replacement. I contacted the retailers and they said to take it up with Arlo. I would like to enroll the only device I have under the only subscription I have.

Do you have a trial subscription noted for the new camera? If so, wait for that to expire and then add it to the subscription, if allowed which assumes a legacy subscription. A current subscription should automatically add the camera when the trial expired.

The trial has ended, but I still can't seem to change anything related to the legacy one year subscription.

I may be wrong but I believe that you need to cancel the current subscription and purchase a new one so you can select the new camera.

If I try to purchase a subscription, it wants to deduct money from my bank account, so the free one year subscription no longer applies. This is the problem that I'm ffacing.

There is no free one-year trial subscription for the Go 2. Some of the Ultras were sold with this a long time ago, because Arlo needed time to develop the local storage feature. But none of the other cameras ever had it.
