arlo 2 not connecting at the name camera page

when I try to connect my arlo go 2 camera to my app, at the point of adding camera name page i get the following error message 

Error occurred

the operation couldn't be completed ( Arlonetworing.server responseError error.1)

I did buy this camera on marketplace and verified that it was not still on there App.
