arlo 2 not connecting at the name camera page

when I try to connect my arlo go 2 camera to my app, at the point of adding camera name page i get the following error message 

 

Error occurred

the operation couldn't be completed ( Arlonetworing.server responseError error.1)

 

I did buy this camera on marketplace and verified that it was not still on there App.

Where are you located? What device are you using to install the camera (iOS or Android)?
