It has been more than 3 years and still no AT&T (GSM) version? There are places where CDMA (Verizon) has no service. I live where there is only AT&T service. What is the issue that Arlo is ignoring half if the existing cell platforms. Also, your webpage says AT&T but their logo is not on that page. Has something changed that it does work on AT&T now?

FYI, Verizon shut down their CDMA network back in 2022.  I don't think there are any US carriers still using CDMA.

Everyone needed to free up spectrum for 5G, and CDMA was dropped to accomplish that.

@JamesC

You will see T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and Cellcom at the top (no AT&T)

BUT if you go down to "Details", you will see "Compatible carriers" listed as

  • T-Mobile, Verizon US Cellular, Cellcom, AT&T

So this is inconsistent.

Also the datasheet on https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/docs shows "DRAFT" in the upper left of the pane when you open it with Chrome, and specifies a Verizon SIM card.

Thanks but still no reason nor excuse for not supporting the other side of cellular.

FWIW, I don't know what you mean by the "other side of cellular", since all US carriers are exclusively LTE/5G.

But I don't work for Arlo, and don't speak for them.  I tagged one of the Arlo mods, in hopes he would provide some clarity on your question on AT&T - and also fix the discrepancies on the web page and the data sheet.

The links at the top of the web page go directly to the carriers' stores.  AT&T doesn't appear to sell the camera, so it is not listed there.  But it looks like Arlo offers an "Arlo Mobile" service plan that uses AT&T's network.

So you can use AT&T.  That said, I don't know exactly how to purchase that service plan.  The KB article says that is done through the app or my.arlo.com.
