I paid for Arlo Secure service for a single
camera. My purchase appears on my account online, but on the app, my account shows as a trail subscription. How can I get the app to recognize that I have paid for the subscription? I want my footage loaded to the cloud and I want to protect my camera from theft.

The trial subscription supersedes the paid one. You may or may not be able to cancel the trial (try both the app and the web client - my.arlo.com) so the camera will be migrated into your paid subscription. Either way, both subscriptions cover your camera in the same way.
