My previous update appears to have been ignored- copied below.

I have also tried to link my ArloGo2 camera to my Arlo base station without success.
This camera was previously used through a sim card as it was in a remote place, does this have any issue with now trying to link it my WIFI?
It has been replaced at the remote site with a Reolink camera and solar panel. This camera is kept fully charged with its solar panel - your solar panel and camera completely failed to do this as I have informed you many times

Before next installation attempt, also make sure to:

Disable any VPN. DONE
Enable location services on the Smartphone. DONE
Disable Mobile Data (If onboarding using mobile device).DONE
Your device is connected by Wi-Fi to the network you would like to pair it with. DONE
Fully charge battery. DONE
Be ~1 meter from router during installation. DONE
Double check, if password put correctly during installation process. DONE
Disconnect all devices that may use Wi-Fi for the time of installation. DONE
Unplug all Wi-Fi extenders/Signal boosters for the time of installation. DONE
If Arlo still fails to discover your device, try to install it using different mobile/PC device. DONE

Non of your suggestions have helped, camera will not link with Wi-Fi or base station. I get the blue flashing light and the chimes. But searching for camera fails. I have done this process many times with other cameras successfully

None of whose suggestions? I don't see anything here. 

 

When you see the blue flashing LED, describe what it does - slow flash or rapid? Does the camera show as connected in your router's connected devices list? Are you using WPA2 (AES) encryption? Do the SSID and/or password include any special characters including spaces? We need all details of your process.
