Probably the fastest thing to try is to remove the camera from your account, reset it and add it back:

Sorry, but this firmware update process needs to be improved. It's not sustainable to have to remove cameras from accounts, reset them and re-add them.

That's just to ensure you get the latest update when it seems stuck. My updates seem to work just fine without needing to reboot, reset, etc.
