StephenB, since you have helped me out so much, I am putting the questions I have in one spot.  Hopefully they make since to you and  you provide with answers and valid suggestions.   I keep looking through some of the articles you have posted for me.   I will eventually create an index of what I am looking for.

 

I just want to make sure I have everything straight and am not missing anything.

  1.  Existing ARLO Account:    kmk@candlewood.org  
  2.  I have a ARLO Trial Account (3 months) for the ARLO Go2 :  rdilauro@gmail.com
  3. Kmk account gave me access so that I can see all the cameras that have been setup, but can not make changes to.
  4. I want to have one master account, that is not assigned to an induvial:

           So, change the email address of the ARLO account

             kmk@candlewood.org  to   Arlosetup@candlewood.org
             kmk@candlewood.org will get an emails stating and asking approval of the change.

  1. Now Arlosetup@candlewood.org is the master and controls all of our cameras
  2. There are no changes to any of the ARLO camera configurations under this ARLO account.
  3.  ARLOSETUP grants access to rdilauro and kmk  so they can see images and videos
       (just leaving off the @emailaddress)
  4. When we want to make changes/additions/deletions, when then log into ARLOSETUP account
  5. Since my trial ARLO account will end in March, I will delete the 2 ARLO Go 2 cameras under my account and install them under ARLOSETUP
  6. I can then convert my trail rdilauro ARLO account to a full time account.
  7. We would then be paying for 3 ARLO Accounts that would have a total of 10 cameras, so would each account get the charge for multiple cameras or single cameras.  I remember coming across a simple table that summarized the different monthly account charges and what can do what.

 

Excuse me if I have repeated this.  I am presenting a total plan to our community regarding taking over
support for our ARLO camera security configuration.   Some folks have said that we might need to look at a more professional  system.  But when this has been working it does what we need, the problem we had was no one was looking at the technical aspects, therefore 4 or 5 Ulta batteries went beyond dead.

This bit isn't correct.  Arlo charges for subscriptions, not accounts.  You'd only need a subscription for the primary account (arlosetup), not the two friend accounts.  The subscription pricing is here: https://kb.arlo.com/88/What-are-the-available-Arlo-subscription-plans-and-how-much-cloud-recording-i... 

 

$14.99/month for the unlimited camera Secure Plus subscription.  Plus the mobile data plan for the two Go 2 cameras - not certain on what those cost, but I think it's $20/month for each camera.
