Subscription issue

I wanted to buy subscription for company cameras. 

We have 3 cameras Arlo Go and 4 cameras Arlo Go2.

I inserted all the necessary infromation for a payment. and presed the ''update payment information''

In the right side of the page as in picture. and nothing is hapening. I dont have option ''agree and confirm the payment'' can someone help? How can i make the payment?

I did put everything manualy in. Tryed different adress and everthing..

where should the ''agree and confirm the payment''  should appear?

and yes my country ''Latvia'' is in the list for subrcriptions.

still no luck, this is first time i have been problem finding where to pay... that should be the bigest button in the page, looks like they dont need any new subscribes if they dont have access for support chat or something...

Make sure there's no spaces before or after an entry. Manually type in all info rather than using autofill. WHat country are you in? Only select ones can get subscriptions:
