Our organizations has 7 Arlos (4, VML 4030; 3, Arlo Go 2) but we have been unsuccessful adding any new shared users. The account holder shares the camera. The email is received and accepted via a desktop, but the devise does not show up in their account as viewable. The account holders app shows the ‘library’ version, where others show a ‘feed’ version. Does the account holder have to be upgraded to the new platform or do the (attempted) shared users need to down grade to the library version to make the shareable feature function correctly?

Please don't double post.  I answered your other post.

Though if you have the original Go cameras, then you should NOT migrate the primary account to "Feed".  There are issues with the Go cameras on the new interface (and I have no idea when or if those issues will be resolved).

Since the Arlo Go's don't work on the new platform but we have 3 Arlo Go2's that we would like to be able to share with new users, what is the best way to separate the account and keep the Arlo Go's on one account with the very limited amount of users that can still see them and then get the Arlo Go2's on to a different account that can be upgraded to the platform and be able to share access with new users? I see we can just remove the device on the app; my concern is, what will that do to the service on Verizon's side? Has anyone had experience reactivating a device onto a new primary account without interrupting the service?
