SD Card contains blank video with audio

I have multiple Arlo Go2s and they all have the same problem... the on-board SD card recordings are all blank video with just the audio recorded. 

The cloud storage is just fine. 

Any ideas?

PS - What I'd really love is notifications/cloud storage for motion in armed mode, but local storage to capture all motion regardless of what mode it's in.

Just a SWAG - have you tried different brands of cards? Check this FAQ near the top to verify the cards have the proper capabilities:
