does anyone else get notifications for a camera, but then when you open to app to see what’s happening, it says the camera is offline?
I know someone is working in front of the camera, so I know the notifications are real, but I can’t see anything as it says it’s offline.
using go 2 4g wireless camera

Yes it does. Please see attched image from my mobile, displaying a 'motion detected' notification whilst the camera saying its offline.

I've logged out, logged in, reset camera, factory reset camera.
I've a camera on 4G so I've learnt that they drop in and out with reception, but when they've got no reception I get no feed obviously, but find it weird that I still get a notification.
