Hello,

My company has over 400 of your cameras in operation, I would like to know if there is a way for me to have just one login for all my cameras?  Right now I have 9 logins, and will soon have 10 logins.  My company is growing rapidly and will soon have another 400 by end of year, to keep things simple and more organized I want to avoid having 20 different logins...

Thanks,

~Shawn

You would need to remove every camera and set them up in one login which seems like a monumental task. The alternative would be to use the various logins and use Settings, Grant Access (or Settings, People if the accounts use Feed to view videos) to the specific email address you want to use to see all cameras. Note that all accounts must use the same user interface (UI) for this to work. Right now, two UIs are supported - the old one that uses Library to view videos or the new one that uses Feed. If any one of the accounts uses the new UI and you want to access it using the desired account, all accounts need to be migrated to use the new UI.

Before we go further, let us know what you find on each account.

My logins are a mixture of both UI’s.  Personally for my applications the first version works best for my company.  I have a group of employees that monitor the cameras and they login separately all the time.  Where I run into my problem is the first version only allow 40 cameras per login, the new version allows only 50.  I would love the opportunity to talk to the developers/software engineers to see if they could pull each MAC address and combine them all to one login.  Each camera is a distance from the other.  So yes, it would be a monumental task to travel to each camera, remove, re-sync and then install.  Any help is welcomed!  Thanks for your reply.

Sorry, I'm just another user like you. I'll tag the mods to see what they may have to say - @JamesC , @ShayneS

I'd also strongly suggest opening a case with official support using Settings, Support (Center) to choose the camera model and get options to talk directly to them.
