THIS SUPPORT IS HORRIFIC.  I AM A VENDOR HANDLING ORDERS FOR A MAJOR CARRIER AND THE CUSTOMERS CALL US FOR ASSISTANCE.  WE CAN'T EVEN GET A MINIMUM LEVEL OF SUPPORT FROM ARLO ON RATE PLANS THAT DON'T WORK ON THE CAMERAS.  I AM ABOUT TO RECOMMEND TO THE CARRIER TO DROP ARLO FROM THE PRODUCT OFFERING.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
