Hello,
I have been trying all day to give access to our cameras, I have the primary account and gave access to my colleagues and friend who will be monitoring the cameras out of hours. They received the link sent, but once logged in shows nothing. In my app pending has gone and shows all access, but when you login from their its all blank cannot see the cameras.
Please urgently help spent thousands it all seems waste.

You need to access arlo customer support. Use the mobile arlo app to see your contact options. Settings/support/your camera.

Does your app show "Feed" and "Dashboard"? Or does it show "Library" instead?
How about theirs?

There is no option of chat or sending support message on the app, I'm on the support telephone number on the hold for 1 hour. This company is a scam, look how many people are having to view these messages because nothing is working! What a waste of 800 GBP, that's equivalent to over 1000 USD

It's all working now support finally answered and gave solution for registration. It was app issue must be registered without VPN.

Actually it shows "Library" at the top, and not "Feed".
But it sounds like the problem was related to your VPN, and is fixed now.
