Go 2 cam not working

I have worked with my provider and the cell is working.  The camera tried to up date numerous times to no avail.

reset, took battery out, removed, it said all was working, then tried to update again and the same thing happened.

WHat happens if you connect the problem Go 2 directly to WiFi first? Does the update occur? Does the camera then connect to your cell service? If still a problem, swap at the store or use Settings, Support to start a possible RMA.
