Hi,

I have a Go 2 which I have had for over 2 years, just got a text from my SIM provider saying they are stopping the service.  Trying to connect the Go 2 to my wi-fi but I get an error code of

”The operation couldn’t be completed

(ArloNetworking.ServerResponse Error error 1.)”

I have looked on the forum tried a few things but nothing working.

Does anyone have ideas, trying to connect to a mesh system.

Many thanks.

To set up your Arlo Go 2 camera using 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, with or without LTE:

Note: Before setting up your Arlo Go 2, make sure that your mobile device is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
  2. Under Devices tab, tap Add New Device.
  3. Tap Cameras.
  4. Tap Go 2.
  5. Tap Set Up with Wi-Fi.
  6. Follow the instructions for installing your SIM card as shown on the Arlo Secure App, then tap Continue.
Note: You may skip this step if you are not using a SIM card.
The LED in front of your Arlo Go 2 should blink blue. If the LED is not blinking blue, press the Sync Button at the bottom of the inside of your camera.
  7. Tap Continue to proceed with onboarding your Arlo Go 2.
  8. A reminder to connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi will be shown in the Arlo Secure App. Tap Continue to proceed.
  9. Enter your Wi-Fi credentials, then tap Continue.
  10. Hold the QR code shown in the Arlo Secure App, 4-6 inches in front of your Arlo Go 2.
The Arlo Go 2 will play a chime once the QR code is recognized. If your camera does not play a chime, visit: My Arlo camera will not scan the QR code during setup
  11. Tap Continue.
