I have a dead GO2 which stopped working whilst under guarantee. There’s a glitch with the support tickets, when I click on the link in the email “reply to messsage” it opens the Arlo app on my iPad, but nothing happens. Am I missing something obvious here?
Replies to support@arlo.com go unanswered and the support phone number has been deactivated. PS Google says email is support@arlo.co , I have also tried this.
I want to sort my current problem but also to buy more cameras. I can’t do either if there is no option to reasonably contact support.
