Delay of video on a go 2

Does any body have a 13 second delay its horrible. I paid 350 bucks for this camera and it’s such a P.O.S. You can’t watch it on any TV or any kind of moniture except for your phone what kind of crap is this thing. Am I doing something wrong.? Please tell me I am.

Are you using WiFi or cell service? ANy of Arlo's cameras have a brief delay accessing them since they are cloud based but 13 seconds is a bit much. It's possible that the camera's connection is not strong or has interference from other nearby wireless devices using the same frequency.

Are you talking about how long it takes the livestreaming to start?  Or how far behind the stream is from real time?
