This is the most unbelievably frustrating company to try and get support. I will never refer anyone else to Arlo. 
They refuse to help you unless you pay for a subscription to their service. I had been paying but I never received any information about what my plan covered and no one could tell me. Which is why I canceled it. So it’s extortion when you refuse to help a customer because they canceled their subscription #products
