I have a Go2 camera and Chime 2.  Both are "online" to the same wifi 2.5 network.  The Chime 2 is "connected" to the camera.  The camera works fine.  The Chime 2 does not make a sound.   Perplexed.

In order to use the Chime 2 with the Go 2, you need to edit your modes and rules for the camera and Add an Action to Play Sound. You will be able to choose the chime and then the sound you want it to play. There's no automatic connection.

Just tried it here and it worked fine. Try deleting the action and recreate it.

I removed and reinstalled both the Go 2 camera and the Chime 2.  Both are "online" in the app to the same wifi network and the camara works fine.  No response/chime from the Chime 2.  

1.   Is there a method to pair the Chime 2 to the camera.

2.  When the Chime 2 is plugged in and "online" should the light be on or not lighted?
