I’m new to Arlo. I have a question. If I buy an Arlo Go 2 is the camera itself specific to the carrier or can I just purchase a AT&T or Verizon sims card whichever is appropriate for my area?

I ordered a camera from the arlo website and installed an ATT SIM. It is working fine with just LTE, but I am having problems enabling wifi.

All details about your WiFi connection issues are needed. For starters, you have to use 2.4GHz and the network needs to be set to WPA2 AES encryption.
