Hello, any professional on this?
I bought a set of 2 cameras, one is Pro 3, the other one looked like go 2, see the photo, since it looked like go 2,
one day, after the thunderstorm, both cameras offline, then following the instructions, I have to re-install to pair the devices,
when I removed the Pro 3, added back, I spent the quite more time, to pair it successfully, but the other one, I feel difficult to identify which type it is, it looked like Arlo go 2, I attached the photo,
but when I followed the steps for pairing the Arlo go 2, never successful, even I followed the Pro 3, then it could not be successful too,
Who can help me? Thank you so much in advance,
it seems no place to attach the photo, but I am sure it looked like Arlo go 2,

Also, if the second Pro3 's battery is 0 amount, could this affect the pairing?
If this is the camera you are trying to pair, you should charge the battery first.

but I still failed to pair it, every time, I spent about 2 minutes, it shows that like the below:
the SmartBase blinks blue about near 2 minutes, then go to yellow blinks then go to stable blue, even I pressed the reset button of this Pro 3, in the way of manually pairing,
To reset the Pro 3, you
- remove the camera from the account
- press the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 seconds).
- add the camera back to the account using "add device" in the app or PC (my.arlo.com)

The Go 2 would have a sim card inside, and you'd usually have set up a mobile data plan for it. So almost certainly NOT a Go 2.
There is a label behind the battery - so take that out. That will give you the model information. If it just gives the VMCxxxx model info, you can post the VMC info here.

Thank you so very much,
it is Pro 3, yes I pulled out the battery, (VMC4040P)
but I still failed to pair it, every time, I spent about 2 minutes, it shows that like the below:
the SmartBase blinks blue about near 2 minutes, then go to yellow blinks then go to stable blue, even I pressed the reset button of this Pro 3, in the way of manually pairing, ( previously I paired the first Pro 3 successfully but while I even stinging the reset button of the SmartBase, but now I won't dare to stinging the reset of Smartbase, since this maybe disturbing the existing Pro3?)
Also, if the second Pro3 's battery is 0 amount, could this affect the pairing? how could I solve this?
Thanks
Suzanne
