I can’t setup a new Arlo Go 2. Bought from Verizon. Has SIM card installed. Clicking on setup next to WiFi Network or Cellular network in the network settings menu does nothing. I successfully added the camera to my app but have no way to connect.

Could you provide more details? At what point during setup are you experiencing an issue? Are you seeing any error messages?

I have the same issue and I have an Arlo Go2...   I can't get wifi to work w/it at all and got it from verizon.   I got it added on the app then it later wouldn't connect so I deleted it and tried to re-add it and couldn't.  Then it wouldn't let me get past the naming it...kept saying error message...I'm so frustrated between talking to Verizon who couldn't solve it to talking to Arlo numerous times and going on their website and googling it...  Don't buy these camera's...they use to make good ones but now they suck!

If you've removed the camera from the app and are having trouble re-onboarding, you may need to factory reset the camera. Follow these instructions (Page 71) and try onboarding again: https://ss7.vzw.com/is/content/VerizonWireless/arlo-go2-home-lte-camera-um-eng-10192021

I did that and it didn't help...I sent the camera back..it was terrible!
