Hello.
After numerous camera resets etc, came to the conclusion that the lte is bricking my camera.
When adding the camera to the app via wifi, everything works, but after taking the camera outside the wifi range, the camera goes offline, and when bringing back into wifi range it never goes back online (even after restarts by taking battery out). Only reset helps. Tried multiple sims (which work on other devices).
Anyone experienced similar issue?
The support haven't been helpful (suggesting basics, resets, sim card checks, etc, done all that).

Problem solved, returning the camera (not sure why the support didnt advice that), I will try my luck with another brand, which doesnt have any subscriptions.

I understand that your setup is different from mine - my Go 2 is connected only by WiFi. While I haven't specifically taken it outside of WiFi range, it has survived multiple router reboots and outages (such as when replacing the cable modem and resetting the router) with no issues. If the camera remains within the WiFi range, will it survive those same scenarios?
I don't know how the fall-over from one network to another is supposed to work - @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN any clarification?

It does survive such scenario: I set it up in one location on the wifi, and took to another location with same wifi name/password, and it connected automatically to the new AP.
The issue starts when I take outside the wifi range with SIM card in (when it tries to connect to LTE).

Does it never work when on mobile data?
If so, you might pursue that with your carrier.

It used to work, the issues started like a month ago.
The carrier says the SIM is working, which I also verified using it on anther device, and also tried another SIM (from another carrier).
Here I hope to find some resolution, as I was hoping that Arlo should have large KB where similar incidents been already logged & solved.

Are you still seeing this same behavior?

The camera was placed outside wifi coverage and without a SIM card like 3 weeks ago.
I only know that when it was taken back into the wifi zone, then it come back online (got alert on the app), so it works with wifi only.
But I havent had chance to test it again with LTE if the same problem persists, as reported earlier. I hope to do the tests in coming two weeks, when I will get hold of the camera.

Yes, I still havent managed to get it working with LTE. Got a new SIM (which also works on other devices & has no PINs enabled), but same issues with Go2.
Whats worth motioning, when I hold the reset button to reset the device, the amber light never stops blinking. And when on the App, I check the "Connected to" section, it shows "Offline" even if it is connected to wifi and I can control it via it (sim is not inserted as this case). Could that illustrate any other issue?
