My Arlo two gave me a warning. The temperature was too low and it would turn back on when temperature got high enough. The temperature is 86° and all I’m getting is a slow blinking blue light. I tried to delete and reset the camera but I’m not getting, anything from that it hasn’t scanned it. It just keeps blinking blue.

You've given 3 different indications of what camera you have: 1) Go 2, 2) Arlo 2 and 3) chosen the original wire-free selection. Please verify the exact model. If you're not sure, remove the battery and look inside the compartment for a label that has a VMCxxxx.

Try this after making sure the battery is charged:

Thanks for that. Did you try the reset procedure?

Yes, I’ve deleted the camera from the app re-added it still blinking slow blue. I just don’t understand why I’m getting a message. That says temperature is too low. Will restart when the temperature raises. It’s been like the 80s here. I have two of these cameras, I use them all winter long. I’ve never had a message like this.

The reset procedure also involves holding the sync button for >15 seconds until the LED starts flashing. Just removing the camera from your account can cause a reset but I'm talking about physically performing the reset.

Regardless, it does potentially sound like a faulty camera. Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
