After 10 months+ of no cloud recordings I finally solved the problem "myself". But not after a lot of frustration, time and wasted money. Discussed the issue with the Arlo Support Team several times. They had me reset my cams and a bunch of stuff but nothing worked. Yes, I had the basic subscription that I couldn't get out of. Finally, I went to MyArlo Account on-line and downloaded the latest version. Eureka! Required new password and a new interface but finally my recordings started and the new interface is an improvement. Unfortunately, I'm still not thrilled with Arlo since they make things so complicated. You may need to hire someone to keep your camera's working. Support is all over the map with a variety of pages and options. It's a hit or miss whether you reach a tech support person and they may not call back as promised. That said, I canceled my subscription so it does not auto subscribe. Hoping all goes well forward so I can decide when my subscription runs out.
