Can I use the active existing Verizon SIM card that is in my older Arlo Go camera in my new Arlo Go2 camera?

You can call Verizon and ask them if the SIM card will work in the new Arlo Go 2 camera. If it is still active I would assume it would, but you may want to double check with them.
