Hi,

Today my camera messed up and was not working.  Needless to say, I believe I deactivated it on my account.  I tried numerous times to try and add it back onto my account under devices but it keeps saying it has already been activated on my account.  When I look at devices there are none. When I try to subscribe for customer support it says I must add a device now.  There is nothing on my account that says to reactivate the camera.  I run this camera off of Verizon as I do not have wifi in the barn I use it in. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the ca

If the camera has been removed from your account, you will need to manually factory reset before trying to add it back.

 

To factory reset, remove the housing from the camera and press and hold the sync button (around 15 seconds) until the camera LED blinks amber. Allow the camera to reboot and then attempt to onboard the camera as if it were new.
