Looking for help or assistance is setting up the schedules for these devices.

A quick summary is we are a police department using these cameras at different areas like city parks or construction sites that are seeing alot of crime. I am having a hard time setting up the schedules correctly. Ideally I would like to control when each camera is armed differently depending on what area and when the crime is happening. Right now I am thinking I can only set up all the cameras to be armed at all the same time.

Is there a way to have one camera armed on the overnight hours and in standby during day light and then have another camera that is armed all day and night on the same account?

Thanks in advance.

Are you using Feed to view videos or Library? There's a difference in the answer to the issue.

I am usually viewing the videos through the feed but if there is a simpler way to implement what I want I can change.

The use of Feed to view videos just defines the answer. You only have 3 modes available so you can use each one as you want and schedule them appropriately. Make sure both cameras have proper rules in Arm Away (they should already be there). Create a rule for the camera to always be on in Arm Home but not for the camera you want to be turned off. The create a schedule to change the Mode to Arm Away when you want both cameras to be on and a second one to use Arm Home when you want only the one camera to be armed. You need to create 2 schedules to switch between the modes.

Okay I like to think I am technologically advanced but this system just seems confusing to me!

Since you have subscriptions for the cameras, use Settings, Support Center to choose the camera model. Scroll down to the Contact section for options to talk to official support.

I have 23 cameras and have been attempting to put them on different schedules for a year now and as far as I can tell it's not possible. I have been on the phone with tech support for hours only to have them tell me it's a glitch in the system. Also, reference the KB article you linked, point #9 where you select which camera you want to respond to the schedule, it doesn't exist in the app when going through the scheduling process. As far as I can tell, you can either have ALL of the cameras armed or ALL of the cameras disarmed, but there's no way to have them on different schedules.

You find an answer to your problem? I've been trying for a year and as far as I can tell there is no way to put different cameras on different schedules.

Can you provide an example of the schedule you would like to implement?
