Arlo Go 2 solar charging issue

I charge the battery with solar panel and when it is 100 % charged it stops and the battery go down to 50- 60 %.

If I restart the camera the charging starts again. Is this the right way to do? Must  I restart my camera every week??

Does the battery go down to 50-60% right when you unplug it? Does the web portal show the same percentage?

It goes down slowly, now is it 96 % and the sun is shining. But it seems that the sunpanel not is charging.

The web portal show the same.

If I restart the camera it will charge again.

Perhaps it must go down to 50-60 % before it starts to  charge again.

I wait and see this time.
